Good morning Everyone!

This is a final friendly reminder to review your individual DTR and submit the corresponding DTR applications. Please ensure that all necessary applications are properly filed in NPAX.

For Approvers, kindly review the Overtime applications of your staff and confirm that they are accurate and correct before approving.

Important for all Approvers:
Please make sure that all DTR applications submitted by your staff are approved before the cut-off time:

For Admin: March 11, 2026 (Wednesday) – 12:00 PM
For Staff: March 11, 2026 (Wednesday) - 03:00 PM

Important notes:
• Applications or approvals submitted after the cut-off will be carried over to the next payroll period.
• Late approvals from the previous cut-off will no longer be credited in the upcoming payroll.
